The Kelley House Museum has an opening for a part-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. Our current Office Manager will retire at the end of the year, and will train you to fill the position, with the goal of making the transition as smooth as possible.   Training could begin as early as November.  The position is for 15 hours per week, at an hourly rate dependent upon experience.

The Kelley House Museum has been a part of Mendocino since the mid-1970s, and is dedicated to “collecting, protecting, preserving and sharing the rich history of the Mendocino Coast.”   We are looking for someone who is able to both interact with the public and keep our office running smoothly.  Contact us for a full list of duties.

Applicants must be familiar with the use of the Microsoft Office suite of software, Excel, and use of email. You will be trained in the use of the museum software, PastPerfect. You would be working with the museum curator, and with our volunteers.
