The dates for next year’s Festival are May 21 -23, 2027. Tickets will be announced by email, so we suggest subscribing to our newsletter. Tickets to the general public go on sale September 15th. Kelley House members get access to an exclusive presale on September 10th, and are entitled to two tickets.

This FAQ will help with logistics if you are traveling from out of town, and is where you will find information regarding Murder, She Wrote Festival checkin when it is posted.

Cancellation policy

Festival tickets may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. After 30 days, tickets may be cancelled less a processing fee of $100 until January 31, 2027. No tickets, regardless of date purchased, will be available for refunds after 1/31/2027.

Ticket purchasers may be able to transfer their tickets to another individual if they are unable to attend. The original buyer must email [email protected] no later than May 10, 2027 with the name and contact information of the new guest.

This is the only way to transfer Murder, She Wrote tickets. The Kelley House Museum does not work with ticket resellers, so please beware of scams.

If you are unable to attend and choose to gift your tickets back to the Kelley House Museum, you will receive a charitable gift receipt for the full ticket price. Email us to make that arrangement.

In the event that the festival is cancelled by Kelley House Museum, ticket purchasers will be given the option of receiving a full refund or converting their ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation to support the organization’s mission.
